PUBLIC LIABILITY INSURANCE
The organiser of any event held on council owned or controlled land, including roads, must hold a public liability insurance policy for a minimum value of $10 million for the event.
A copy of a Certificate of Currency for this insurance policy must be submitted to Council prior to the event.
